Loyalty Market Research

Most marketing research doesn't work. It's all a load of hogwash. Here's the problem:

  • Your customer doesn't consciously know what they really want
  • They don't consciously know what motivates them
  • They cannot see the future of your business like you can

This doesn't mean your customer is ignorant or a fool. It just means, like everyone else, 95 to 99% of the behaviour is defined by the unconscious needs once and desires. And because these exist within the subconscious they are not aware of them.

And that's why so most marketing research doesn't work. There are a series of articles that highlight the most effective way of doing market research.
